Pesi Polly's Hebrew name was:
Pesil daughter of Sabato [the usual spelling is Shabtai שבתי]
Her husband's name was:
Yerahmiel Yonah son of Shlomoh Shraga the Levite (i.e. ha-levi)

Just a minor correction/refinement.
Pesil's father's Yiddish name was Shabse, not Sabato. Ashkenazi Jews pronounced the letter ת as an 's', not a 't'.
