West Ham covers many parishes, you would need to know which one for a look up. It is also could have have been in a Register Office, in which case a look up would not be possible.

Do you have an initial for albert?

You may have to order the marriage certificate as nothing is showing up for that marriage apart from what you posted

i found a rosetta gillingham living in 1901 in west ham with parents mary gillingham [theobald] and emmanuel gillingham also living with parents charles l theobald and rosetta theobald [both from germany]
