Has your OH tried ignoring the ink not recognised warning?

I use a different Epson printer, so I am not familiar with your model, however,  I always get the ink not recognised warning, but by clicking to continue anyway it prints as normal. I use Think compatible inks from Choice Stationery.

There isn't the option to ignore the warning and you can't continue to print

This happened to me a while ago, Carol. I think I switched the printer off and then on and they worked.

Otherwise, I'd get on to the supplier.

Google IJT I have used them for years, with a Brother and two different Canon printers for myself, and an Epson for  a friend of mine. Excellent, and the cartridges are brilliant.

Thanks Redroger for your response...the supplier gave us useful instructions and we can now print.
