Hi
I am hoping someone might be able to copy the page record of what may be my ancestor travelling from Victoria to Devon via London, England in 1882 at the PROV. Ancestry has the following but not the a copy of the actual record. I've got the Trove stories about the ship sailing and when it landed. If anyone is able to copy the page which lists Wm Day and has the time to copy the other shipping record pages that would be appreciated.
My ancestor William Henry Day sailed to England to then return with his mother and younger brother on 9 Sep 1882 landing in Victoria on 30 Oct 1882. I have that record. I haven't been able to find his departure from Victoria and am trying to eliminate the various Wm Days to do this. There is another William Henry Day also from Victoria who does travel back and forth between Victoria and Sydney and also to England with his wife but they are older than my William. My William was born in 1852 in London and married in 1878 in Victoria, Australia and had a young family. My assumption is that he would have spent the least amount of time away from his family in Australia to bring his family in England back.
