St Helena - Hart/Smith

Looking for Hanover Hart believed to have been born on St Helena c. 1800-1810. At some point married John Smith, Purser/Seaman. They had a daughter Elizabeth c 1830, possibly London. Later lived in Liverpool but also travelled around UK. Recorded in Wales, England and Scotland on different census, all as widow from 1851. Trying to gather earlier info, such as birth on St Helena and 1841 census in UK. Marriage record and birth/baptism record of daughter and death of John.
Any info would be fantastic, have written to archives on St Helena but they were unable to locate any info. Have seen name recorded as Hanover, Anover & Anova.
