In 1901 the brothers were living together in Impington, Cambridge, with relatives.

In 1911 Frank (Brettam)was living with his mother in Cherry Hinton Rd, Cambridge.

But no sign of Arthur??  Can anyone see him after 1901?

Ambly

Thank you for all this information.
My starting point for this enquiry was an old photograph I acquired, taken about 1903 in Impington, nr Cambridge, of a "Sunday School" group that included Arthur and his brother, Frank. ( He died in Cambridge in 1959.)
In total there were 56 people in the picture, most of them named; and I have managed to find records for nearly all of them. Not as detailed as the records you found, I must add.
After reading your reply I did find a record for A F Brittain leaving Liverpool for New York - May 1st 1909 on the ship "Campania"

It would be interesting to see the photo of Arthur and his wife, if that is possible.

Thank you again for looking and for the information you found.

Bob

It appears he was visiting his mother Mrs. A A Brittain, 99 Cherry Hinton Rd, Cambridge.
