WW1 cap badge identification

I wonder if anyone is able to identify the cap badges in the photos? One of the soldiers (top) is Charles Frederick Gill) from Hawstead in Suffolk - we're having trouble finding any military history for him. Many thanks in anticipation.

Hi, the top one looks like the Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry, the bottom one I'm not sure but it does seem to show one of the other Light Infantry Regiments.

Agree with Frank for the first.  Second looks like the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry.

Pte C Gill Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry was Christopher so not him.

No other obvious records.  You may know that some 60% of Great War records were lost in WW2 bombing and if he didn't go abroad there would be no medal card.
