So that is the right one, is it?

Thanks for the input.  I know he lived in Bethnal Green and his daughtet, my grandmother, was proud of being a Cockney, and he returned to Ireland. He lived in Warrenpoint in 1911.

It is becoming increasingly obvious how much of a mongrel I am!

and is he on Census?

Born, what county??

Yes I realised that but 1911 shows him (if I have the right one) as born Monaghan so I posted it.
It is only a suggestion -I did say ‘ maybe’.  :)

Presumably this is the acknowledgement.
I am sure you are not a mongrel - just have a rich heritage like a lot of us. ;)

As Hallmark has kindly pointed out you have not commented though on the other information, nor did you mention you had him in Warrenpoint which would have helped - Cavan v Monaghan.
