Does anyone own this book?

I am looking for a gift that contains modern photographs compared with old photographs, the recipient does not have the best eye sight anymore so I am looking for something that is almost completely photographs rather than some photographs with a lot of pages of text.

Do you think this is that kind of book? Is it mainly photos and not much text?

I have also found "Weston-Super-Mare Through Time" by Stephen Butt, is that book better?
