If the weather is not inclement I will try to look for you on Saturday.

I've just spoken with the cemetery's office (a rare thing these days with call centres) and I know where to head to with regards to the plot and row number. All the headstones have the plot numbers on the back so if there is a headstone, it should be easy to find.

The woman at the office did not volunteer to check for a headstone and I didn't like to ask in case it incurred a charge.

Thank you for contacting the cemetery's office and giving you the information. It is a good thing  the headstones having the plot numbers on the back. They  probably would have incurred a charge if they had volunteered to check for a headstone.

Do appreciate your kind offer of trying to look for me, weather permitting.

Kind regards

Just to keep you all informed - Have just received the babies death certificates.

They died on the 20th. November 1946 at West London Hospital. Anthony and John lived for 1 hour. Their mother was buried on the 26 November 1946. Still waiting for her death cert.

Their father, John Stanley William MOYISE was a Retail Bread Salesman. Seymour's father Thomas Randolf KIDMAN was a Master Baker and confectioner. Wonder if there was a connection to their bussiness.

You might well be able to get the details of these births from  West London Hospital, I was a twin being born not expected to live, I did manage to get the details but I had to send my birth cert, my parents marriage cert and her death cert, BUT, because I didn't at the time get my brothers permission he wasn't mentioned but he was born a healthy young chap.

I feel this is very sad

Oh my goodness me, I have found  John and Joan Moyise (nee Bennett) on ER's  living in Shirland Road, Paddington, I passed along the length of this road walking to school

Wonder if he had a bakers in that area?

Yes, I too wish Dawn a pleasant day. Can't imagine anyone with crossed eyes(made me laugh at the very thought, though)

Thank you.

Yes, John S W MOYISE  re-married in 1950. (A little down memory Lane for you).

Spooky, as I was just thinking the same thing. More searching I think.

1939 Seymour's father Thomas Randolf KIDMAN lived at 8 Southfield Road, ACTON, Middlesex   and states he was a Master Baker & Confectioner. Did he have a shop ? That would be interesting.
