son of; Joseph Brions Tabuteau MD. surgeon in Kings County Infirmary and Eleanor Batt;
An older brother was  JP. for Kings County and a younger brother was Consul for the Netherlands in Dublin.

Pensioned as an RM (Resident Magistrate) 14/8/1860 Co Clare
Died; 2/9/1879. (Dublin Register)

I believe individual who became consul to the Netherlands was Bartholomew Moliere Tabuteau 1799-1869 "Knight of the Lion of the Netherlands".  His brother Augustus Elliott 1797-1874 married Ann Marie Manley.
