When Daniel Beddard (married Alice Emily 1919) applied for naturalization in Washington State in 1922 he was living at a hotel, indicated he was married to Emily but had no idea where she was residing.

Daniel Bededeard   37 First married at 26 years. (which fits with first marriage to Emily) First papers. Contract Miner. Imm 1908.

With Emily/Alice/Margaret, and also her first husband Daniel Beddard/Bededeard the name changes
perhaps enabled them to remarry without the bother of divorce.

Not sure if it is still valid, but Vancouver Public Library did offer 2 free quick look-up obituaries. Might
be worth an email to the library. Mum Alice's might be interesting.

Thank you Sandra and DB, I'm beginning to think several marriages among the siblings, maybe some not legal . No wonder I can't find them half the time if they keep changing partners and names.
