I am wanting to get my great grandfather's military records he served with the SADF during WWI.

Apologies, I know the information has been posted, but for the life of me I can't find where I wrote it down.

Still on the hunt for the address for obtaining SADF service records.  The address that I do have appears not to be valid any longer,  sandfdoc@mweb.co.za, it gets returned as undeliverable.

Does anyone out there have a new email for the Document Centre/Dept of Defence Force Archives?

Have you resorted to phoning them? The email is what appears on their website...

I know they have it on every place that I have tried.

I guess I may have to, but phoning any gov. dept. here can be an exercise testing one's patience.

Just a thought - maybe try e-mailing the info e-mail at bottom right of the web page:

They might know of correct contact address.
