Zeppelin medal Edgar Gerald Baker
« on: Thursday 30 August 18 20:08 BST (UK) »
I am trying to find records of my grandfather Edgar Gerald Baker only records I can find is Army Reserve special reserve service NO 10179 year 1912 .I have been told he served throughout the WW1.Also had a gold zeppelin medal for being on anti aircraft guns that shot down a zeppelin I think Essex or Kent. My mother can remember seeing this medal but I can’t find any other records of his army service .Later he was a police officer and customs officer in WW2.
Any help would be appreciated thanks.
