From what I have been told that is right. Thomas who married Catherine had a son also called Thomas who was my great grandfather. Rober would have been his uncle. The Moffatt family is from Ringsend and from the information given here my mum was able to go find the graves there. My great grandfather moved to Coleraine and a lot of the Moffatt  family still reside there.

I will definitely have to go to Ringsend next time I go to Ireland.
My Great Grandmother was Mary Jane Moffatt, daughter of Robert who married Albert McLeod. They lived in Garvagh.
