The link has the grave stone of the Clint family but it's not very high contrast to see. I have the MIs for all the Kirkcudbrightshire parishes so will get my booklet out and transcribe.

Auchencairn grave yard:

The plan suggests that the grave is about 1/3 to 1/2 way down on the east side of the grave yard

Wm Clint d. Auchencairn 1.6.1888, 96
w Sarah Hyslop d. Auchencairn 18.2. 1879,84
s Jas d Auchencairn d 19.7.1828, 16m
s Peter d Auchencairn 31.10.1844, 11
da Mary d. Auchencairn 15.1.1858, 26
gda Jane d Anarlay London 22.3.1902
da Elizabeth d Auchencairn 31.10.1931, 97

Note that it is quite usual for married women to be referred to by their maiden surname.

Mary Clint and James Brown were married in Rerrick parish on 10 March 1854. Unfortunately, it was before statutory registration so not a lot of information.

I've found a possible for James Brown right through the censuses but will wait to see what you think of the information before I do any more.

Just to add emigration/immigration info:

The closest passenger record that I can find is of a Mary J Brown, spinster,  on the Corsican departing Liverpool on 16 June 1910 for Montreal.

Arrival, Montreal 23 June 1910 . Listed as aged 27. Destination Winnipeg, Manitoba.  Previous occupation - Domestic - also intended occupation.

Entry is stamped 'British Bonds Allowed'.

Think this M.I. at Auchencairn churchyard will also be a connection to the Brown family with Clint and Hyslop connections -

27   In loving memory of Pte. William Clint Muir, Lanarkshire Yeomanry, youngest son of James Muir, who died at Auchencairn, 19th Feb’y 1916, aged 21 years. Also the above James Muir , who died at Auchencairn, 30th Oct’r 1926, aged 67 years. Also James, his son, who died at London, Ontario, Canada, 14th Feb’y 1927, aged 41 years. Also Margaret Hyslop Brown, his wife, who died at Auchencairn, 25th May 1943, aged 87 years. Also Andrew, his son, who died at Auchencairn, 3rd March 1965, aged 80 years.
