If you go back to the 1861 census there is a daughter Caroline.Given the usual caveat re pairing(I haven't checked the "alternate" pair),there may be a marriage in 1863 of Caroline Andrews to William Morgan,Cardiff registration district. There is a registrstion of Caroine Augusta De Morgan in 1873 in Cardiff.Could this be Annie's granddaughter?

Hi

Caroline de Morgan seems still to be around, aged 38 born Glam, and unmarried,
with mother Clara de M in Maida Vale. London

1901 with her brother and sister, staying with cousin Sarah A de Morgan in Kensington
All 3 born Cardiff, Single, mmn Filmer,  Caroilne 28, Frederick 26 and Isabel 23

Bottom line = Not her then?

There's a Caroline Andrews b c1877 in London working as a servant in the Rhondda (Penrhys area). WOnder if it could be her? Did one of the daughters head of into service in the big city and end up pregnant?

Back in 2013 I added a note to the 1891 Wales census on Ancestry that this was in fact "Caroline Addelsee".

She was the daughter of Mary Ann Andrews (1845) and was working for Ann Davies (ne Andrews, 1853).

Maybe I was wrong (???) but I don't think so ( ;))
