Hi , found a relative born in Bearsden in 1870, he died in Glasgow in 1956. He married in 1912 to Annie Margaret Wallace 1881-1959. I’d like to know how long he was based at this church and any further churches.
Family names and connections I’m researching.

The Alloa Advertiser of 27 Oct 1900 carries quite a long article on his induction to Erskine U.P. (as it was then) church.

Other newspaper articles show he was previously at Wormit UP church until about 1897, assistant to Rev Dr Corbett at Camphill UP church(Glasgow), and in locum tenens at Partick UP church in 1899 during the minister's absence, before becoming minister of Erskine church, Clackmannan.
