Police pention records/ police records

could some one point me please in the direction of police pention records or police records in general.Im looking for records on a charles moulden born 1837 in wiltshire moved to reading berkshire and been a police inspector since 1861 ( cencus ) untill 1891 when says retired police inspector.

died 1923 in reading berkshire

ive got a testamonial about some of his work but cannot find any other records
