1638 letter missing words

I would be grateful is someone could look at this and try and fill in the gaps.
According to the precis on the Cheshire RO website, it is a letter from William Colly to the Escheator of Cheshire, requesting advice about the estate of Ralph Astley.
The note doesn’t tell me much else I don’t think, but there are a few bits I can’t make out.

I have the impression that the word 'fine' has actually been crossed out in the original, so that it should read '......reason whereof his sonne Edward is to fine fynde an......'

Fourth word of first line is:  love

Second last line of main text ends:   ...for this [and?] other

A minor matter, but the spelling in the last line is:  loveinge

Many thanks everybody. Great to have other eyes to look at things - I don't know how long I spent looking at that word in the first line HD but couldn't see it, and I knew it  must say something like 'paid' near the end arthurk, but again just couldn't see it.
Well spotted 'young man' JenB, and also 'In Capite'. Now that might be an interesting lead.
