Old house of my ancestors

My relatives lived in a large villa in Prenton from around 1860 to 1924, when the house was demolished. I want to find details of the house, for example, size, ground map, and area of the land. Does the Land registry keep such details?

The Land Registry would only be involved if there was a sale of the property in the period before it was demolished and even then only in particular circumstances. As far as I know there would have to be a small location plan showing where the land/building was situated but that should be possible to find on one of the map sites given.
Also I am not aware whether
historic
Land Registry data is accessible to the public. So I don't think that is likely to be a useful avenue.
Another option would be to see if there is a local history society, or even a local histriy web site, Facebook group etc, where you could ask local people.
