Elizabeth Campbell Wyllie or Riley
« on: Wednesday 19 September 18 16:50 BST (UK) »
Elizabeth Campbell Wyllie was born in Arbroath on 21 December 1900. I have her birth certificate. Her parents were David Jamieson Wyllie and Williamina Campbell Tosh.

I believe that she is the Elizabeth Campbell Riley whose death was registered in Blackburn in January 1984. The index gives her DoB as 31, not 21, December 1900.

She is probably the Elizabeth Campbell Riley who travelled to Buenos Aires from London on the SS Duquesa in 1950.

However I have completely failed so far to find a record of her marriage. I don't even know the given name(s) of her husband, and whether or not she had a family.

Can anyone suggest where I might learn more about her?

Thank you. No, it doesn't. It's too recent to contain details of executors :(

I know the index entry I gave you doesn't show executors.

I meant getting a copy of the Will might help you.

The Will will show the beneficiaries! Which may be her children, if she had any, or maybe nephews and nieces, who knows?
