Mark Leonard Banks - 13 May 1912 London - aged 36 years crossed the border Canada to the USA - arriving Niagara Falls, New York on the 23 June 1948 - occupation mechanic - named his cousin Hetty Mneill 12 Austin Avenue as his departure contact - had been residing 27 Haig Avenue Toronto. Transit to England via New York. Had previously arrived Halifax Nova Scotia - 22 March 1948 - on the Aquitania.

On the UK outward journey 22 March 1948 - Mark Banks is travelling alone.

Thank you all for your superb research. Seems a bizarre affair. I found another record that has Mark emigrating to Canada 4 May 1930 with the NABC to do farming. So presumably at some stage he married Amelia M after leaving Gladys/Glenys and emigrated to Australia? Then his son Roy moved back to the USA?
Is there a marriage for Gladys in Canada/USA?
