Cause of death

 I can decipher early part of cause of death: Post Partum Haemorrhage 5 months, Extreme Anaemia, External........
 
 Looking for help with remainder.

I can’t work out what is after External but it lasted 4 1/2 months
Then

Numerous successive abscesses
Certified by ...

Added, in view of the abscess I think the first two letters of that word are Py  something like Pyraemia, but that is apparently not a word

Found it Pyaemia

There is 'exhaustion' after where it says abscesses as well...just before certified by...

Pyaemia is a form of septicaemia that leads to widespread abscesses.

I hadn’t appreciated that post partum bleeding and infection could drag on so long!  I had naively been u der the impression it would finish you off in just a few days. Or weeks at the most.
