Hi Jen,

Again, my apologies for the delay, and for not realising that the files were available on microfilm.

I have just gone through the relevant pages for baptisms on both films, 2792 and 2793, but could not see any appearance of the name Johnson or BROTHERS at all, sorry.

Hi Spades,  Thanks so much for looking up the C of E baptism records, much appreciated.
                  No result could possibly indicate that the children were baptised elsewhere, possibly
                  by the French Catholic fathers  - or of course, not baptised at all!
