Does anyone know what was the trade or business of the above. A relative's father served an apprenticeship there in the 1930s and would like to know more about the business.

G O Sharman & Co were at 18 Water Street at that time. They were colliery agents.

G O Sharman was chairman of the Liverpool branch of the North of England Coal Traders’ Association in 1939.

That firm was in Hanover Street in the 1960s and later.
