If it is the right family Lily Price was living in Neston Cheshire at the time of marriage (cert on Cheshire Records F M  P) and Stanley was from Abertillery,Monmouthishire    In 1901 the Bevan family were living in Mold https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X918-6T9

Hmm, the only Elizabeth that appears in the relevant time frame with a MMN of Price is this one:-

As you can see not 1909 but 1910.

I think emjsw needs to recheck his/her information regarding the Bevan family.

They moved around a bit..... son Morgan William Bevan died in Newcastle under Lyme in Staffordshire in 1982. Born 16 Jan 1914. 

Added: A MWB with the same birthdate was in Pontypool in 1939.

So presumably the birth in Pontypool, March quarter 1885, mother Rosser. 11a, 133
