John Munkley marriage in 1760
« on: Sunday 30 September 18 11:00 BST (UK) »
Hello, this links to a previous thread on the look up request board which goes back to 2011.
I have started a new post as I need to attach an image; here is the link to the original post
http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=564704.msg6589170#new

The above post says that I can now see the digital image on FindMyPast of the marriage of John Munkley and Elizabeth Parry in Cathedine on 8th June 1760. which brings up some questions that should help me work through long held assumptions that John was born about 1727 and Elizabeth about 1738.
 - The image says they were married by banns with consent of parents - can this help me age both or one of them?
- Something is written before Johns name, and I cannot read it. Despair (see reply in original post) is suggesting this may say "The sd" - a contraction of "The said".  I have attached a snip of this part of the image as I appreciate not everyone has access to FindMyPast.
