George i think born in Oxford or Northampton 1841.

A George ARIS is on the 1900 census with his brother Alban so these would be their births:

ARIS, GEORGE
Mother's maiden surname: LUCAS

ARIS, ALBAN

Hello Debra thank you for the info,I have Ann Lucas as George's mother but will have another look.
I will also have another look at the birth of David.
If you can help find Tabitha and Mary would be most grateful they seem to have vanished
without trace.
There does not seem to be anything on the 1891 census unless I have missed it.
I have had some brick wall's but this is a puzzle.

if I'm reading this right, some time after the 1881 census and before the 1887 birth, George & Tabitha left the UK for Michigan and the assumption is that Tabitha had died by 1906 because George remarried (where?).  If it's definitely "your" George have you considered that the couple may have separated rather than Tabitha died?

Have you located David after his 1887 birth?

For Tabitha, do check for the name Dorcas too - google it and all will become clear.  And I imagine you've already considered the possibility that Aris could be written down as Harris.

Hello familydar,Jane  thank you for the help.
The marriage i found for George was to Minnie Lucas 1906 Ontario Canada,which complicates
things a bit more.
Harris a bit of a common name on the registers needle in haystack thought it might be easy
with Tabitha not so common.
I have not as yet looked for David but will do so.
It appears that George's parents John Aris and Ann(Lucas)Aris emigrated to Michigan in 1866.
His brother Aban is also there all were farmers living in Lapeer Ann died there in 1872.
I did not think that they may have separated as i said in my post George says widower.
That may have sent me in the wrong direction?.
I will google Dorcas as  you suggest i presume that is for Michigan?.
Could you provide me with a bit more detail i might get tied up in the web.

Just put "Tabitha Dorcas" (without the inverted commas) in the search box.  Top hit for me is a biblical link and says "Dorcas was also called Tabitha".

Regarding George's status of widower, he wouldn't be the first person to tell an untruth, particularly if ex-wife was out of area.  Once they had parted ways, unless they both continued to live in the same area he would have no way of knowing if she was alive or dead.  I don't know about Michigan, but here in the UK in the 19th century divorce wasn't an option for most people.
