Maria, Rigly/Quigly?

Can someone please tell me what this says?! I'm reading Rigly or Quigly. It's an Irish name and I have never heard of Quigly before but can't find anything using Rigly. Or am I completely wrong?!

Agreed.  QUIGLEY is a known Irish surname.

Also think it's a 'Q'.
My father used to write a 'Q' like that - even though he wasn't Irish!
