My Heritage DNA Matches
« on: Monday 08 October 18 16:20 BST (UK) »
Is telephoning the only way to contact My Heritage or am I missing an e-mail link ?

After checking a match the box that shows "New"  does not disappear and I am getting e-mails telling me "I have "new matches" every wekkend and I have viewed them -grrrrrrr  ???

I've had a look and can't find anything apart from the telephone number.

My original info, confirming my upload was:

support[at]myheritage.com

use the usual @ to replace the [at]

Maybe your page is reloading from cache. Try CTRL-F5

Thomas, Davies, Jones, Walters, Daniel in Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. That should narrow it down a bit!
Vincent: Fressingfield, Suffolk, Stockton & Sunderland.
Murtha/Murtaugh: Dundalk & Sunderland
Ingram: Cairnie by Huntly, Scotland then Abergavenny, Monmouthshire.
Bardouleau: London - in memory of my stepmother Annie Rose née Bardouleau who put up with a lot from me.

Hope they get back to you soon.

I think what Diplodicus implies is to clear or refresh the cache*. Just use the method you normally use.
I have a little read/orange marker on the new matches icon, top left. I just ignore it and check through every so often.

Just to let you know how things turned out re my dealings with My Heritage.

They did reply and they suggested my difficulties were due to my not having a sub ???

However I follow the Forums on FTDNA and a poster had also had similiar problems and finally resorted to deleting the last kit he had uploaded, which resulted in everything going back to normal.

I had initially uploaded my kit from Ancestry and my brothers' kit from FTDNA earlier this year then last month I uploaded my kit from Living DNA which seems to have caused the trouble with both kits.

I have now deleted the LivingDNA kit and all seems back to normal.

The LivingDNA kit seems to have "overwritten" the other kits.
