Missing a child Norwich Norfolk
« on: Tuesday 09 October 18 09:43 BST (UK) »
William Amond and his wife Emily Harriet Cullum had 15 children as per the 1911 census. I can only find 14 and would appreciate any help. (9 living 6 had died).
so far William 1878-1903, Herbert Henry 1879-1905, Edward Arthur 1881, Beatrice 1883, Charles 1885-1890, Walter 1886, Eliza Maria 1889-1890, Sidney 1890, Alfred 1891,Charles 1892-1893, Emily 1894, Alice 1895, Bertie 1897, Charlie 1902.

Five of the above have died by 1911, so the one I'm looking for must be an infant that died young.
Of course it could be a still birth that was never registered.

Stillbirths should not be included in the 1911 figures - Heading is 'Children born alive to present marriage'

They either counted a stillbirth, miscounted or never registered the birth (my gt grandparents had a boy baptised days old that's online so is his death but no birth registered).

GRO 1875 - 1910 Males/Females Amond MMN Callum or Callam all above accounted for but nothing new.

Thanks for the input.
It's the little things that are the hardest to find.

Eliza Maria 1889 born Norwich actually dies in Yarmouth 1890 and was buried in Earlham Cemetery, from Earlham Cemetery Records. Perhaps I need to check Yarmouth records, her father William was a general shopkeeper yet they are in Norwich for all census records.
