Military notes

Just trying to work out family with no marriage, have all the details now that I have worked out births etc but can't quite see exactly what is written on some military notes. My Samuel George Eld goes into the army twice with 2 different birth dates and lives with a Kate Johnson MN Franklin.

He has his brother listed but in the marriage col, I can see Johnson....14/02/15 but not too sure of the rest, could someone help me out please

It could be Mrs Johnson (rather than Mr).

As you say they lived together, and as this note is written across the section for recording marriage details, Kate Johnson may have written to explain those circumstances, because they might have had a bearing on a pension application. The initials and date might be when the letter was passed to the appropriate Army Records office. Just a suggestion.
