Need help figuring out the Father's Name

Hello!

Wondered if you might be able to help, I've managed to figure out the majority of the writing on this certificate, however i'm struggling on Margarets Father's name, i'm certain the surname is Moore, but any idea on his first name?

Not sure it is Thomas,looks like a badly written William with a correction in the middle.

(All Moores. William's father also William. Crumbs - this family must be a nightmare to research..!  :o))
