Are any Talktalk users having trouble accessing their website at the moment ? I keep getting err_connection_reset or ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE when I try. I've followed various instructions for fixing these errors without success and I've tried 3 different browsers. It's happening on both of our laptops and the ipad and only happening on this one website.

I'm hoping it may be a general problem with Talktalk - I dread having to ring them  ???

Fine here too. As it is happening on different devices, have you tried rebooting your router (assuming it is a Talk Talk one)?

Also, if you can access it, this can often be a good way to avoid phoning them:

albeit it can take a few days to get a response.

Hi - yes I've rebooted the router and I'm afraid I can't access the Community page which would have been preferable to ringing.

Thank you both for responding.

I tend to use Facebook or Twitter to contact them; usually works for me.

Thanks nanny jan. I think I'll give it a while in case the situation resolves itself and then steel myself to ring them.
