Interesting Gravestones
« on: Thursday 11 October 18 21:04 BST (UK) »
Hi!

might be abit of an odd one but it interests me so much,

whats the most interesting/weird/spooky gravestone you've come across? and why? :)

the first church i wandered into had an epitaph that i never ever forgot about, it stuck with me since i saw the gravestone and with that - i got a tattoo in memory of it and the person buried there, who i've also tried to do alot of research on :)

all stories are welcome, i love them so much x

A stone I saw in a churchyard had an inscription which read something like ‘My debt is paid my grave you see be prepared to follow me’ which I really liked😂😂😂

Not so much a found gravestone, but a relevant quote that I like a lot;

There’ll be two dates on your tombstone and all your friends will read ’em.
But all that’s gonna matter is that little dash between ’em.
