It is reasonable to think Elizabeth was Elizabeth Catherine of Jon's post.  The census records cited by Monica in this threat appear to confirm the parents.

Elizabeth married John at Ealing Oct-Dec 1877 registered.  I have not been able tolocate an actual Parish record for the marriage.

Perhaps other than the questions raised by Monica we can/could asssume Elizabeth is Elizabeth Catherine.

Based on everything perhaps the 1931 death is the correct one for Elizabeth???

Hi..

It is highly possible to have both an Elizabeth and Eliza alive at the same time as I have it occur twice in my line.
To tie in a little more I found...
Eleanor Campbell Frazier born 1857 baptised 15th January 1860 father John mother Frances of York place a painter.
Probate....Eleanor Campbell Frazier of Cliftongate Margate died 13 August 1939 to Amy SHELTON married woman.

Thats a great find as Amy nee WARRE is also on my list to locate her death. She was wife of Albert SHELTON son of John Fardell SHELTON & Elizabeth FRAZIER.

One tree on An***try has Eliza and Elizabeth.  Eliza was said to die 1937 in West Ham, Essex.  Elizabeth is listed without any additional details.

There is a death in Scarborough in 1977 of an Amy Shelton born 1877 the actual birthday is close but a few days out.....1939 record states 27 July 1877 death records it as 19th July 1877.
