Have seen it written that way before.

It looks like rs to me = Mrs.

It used to be a common way to write Mrs.

I agree with the others, it's 'Mrs'.  However I've not come across witnesses on a banns record before.  Is this a combined entry showing the banns dates and marriage record together?

I wonder if it's a combined banns and marriage entry. I've seen quite a few in the Welsh records that I've looked at.
