Hi Dawnsh - Have tried every name variation I can think of. I even thought she remarried and went down that route. I am afraid that the Robinson / Wilkes have been quite difficult to trace because of the way in which they choose to record their names. It has been a bit of a nightmare but hopefully one day I will solve this one. x

I know this is going backwards, do you have that he was admitted to the United Grand Lodge, location London on 11 December 1916 first paid year 1917 he is listed s a printer address Herne Hill.
and under the name Henry Wilkes.
Ref: 1900-1921 membership Register - on ancestry

Herne Hill is where his mother Sarah Ann Robinson Wilkes is living in 1911, with his sister Alice age 33

Hi Dawnsh - I have Ancestry worldwide along with dabbling in the other search sites. Still nothing. It may be that the transcriptions of names are wrong and I am passing them by.

Hi Amondg - Thank you for your response. I believe I have this information but thank you anyway. I am pretty much up to speed on their history except their Deaths.

This family are very interesting but a real mystery to me at times. Hey ho that's what makes it worth while when you actually find something.

Thank you all again x

Hi
Perhaps they moved to Denmark. Do you know where she was from in Denmark?

Ian

Hi Jamcat 95

I have Michaeline born on 2 Aug 1888 • Fakse, Praesto, Denmark.

I just think that at their late stages in life they would have remained in the UK. I have Ancestry Worldwide and have tried that but no luck. I have found a couple of Henry Wilkes who died late 60s and early 70s but not in the districts I would have thought the deaths to be registered so no conclusive facts as yet. I dont want to go down the route of death certs as it gets very expensive.

Thank you again for your interest and assistance.

1957 was definitely their last appearance at 35 Alexandra Court (171-175 Queen's Gate S.W.7)
1958 there is no one listed at number 35 (register online, London and Westminster, image 173 of 273)
1959 has Helen A Raitz and Vladimir G Raitz at 35 (London and Westminster, image 382)
