The Tagoat parish register gives additional details. I would suggest that the DOD in the register is actually the date of burial, rather than death.

As with her husband, the location of burial - Lady's Island - is highly significant. She lived and died in Tagoat, the location of a large cemetery around the parish church. Yet she was buried in Lady's Island, some distance away, in a different parish. That can only be because she was from that area, and was being buried with her family. The Lady's Island parish registers extend back to the 1730's. As you appear to have (half) relatives by this second marriage, you might be interested enough to look.

Patrick Fenlon in Grahormack [i.e. Tagoat] in the 1901 census. Note that he is a widower, for the second time, and blind.

When/where were their other children born? - The ones other than the three in the Tagoat registers?

Here is the 1878 marriage of a Patrick Fenlon to Mary Byrne. This is the third generation Patrick Fenlon, a (substantially) older brother of your ancestor, Bartholomew.
