The above was shown on the 1901 census with her parents, Thomas Rosser 1849-c1919 and Rebecca nee Gosling 1856-c1933/34  but can't find them at 1911; there doesn't seem to be a birth record for Lizzie on the GRO either?

Cr, where have you found the birth and death years for Thomas and Rebecca?

The 1891 has them born in 1851 and 1853, 1901 1855 and 1856.

Did they die in Wales?

What was Rebecca’s mother’s maiden name? I can’t see a birth for her on GRO.
