I  don’t think this helps much, but the property occupied by James Evans is probably Ffridd y Foel
(LL28 5RB)

There is a possible civil marriage in Conw(a)y district 1930 between William Henry Evans and Elizabeth Evans. The W H Evans born to James and Ann in Golborne was born in 1890 so if it is him it may not be a first marriage.

James and Anne in 1901 - ref RG13  5287  64  4

James Evans, Head, Marr, 41, Lead Miner, born Henllan, Denbighshire
Anne Evans, Wife,Marr, 39, born Glan Conwy, Denbighshire
James Evans, Son, 13, Liverpool
William H Evans, Son, 10, born Golborne, Lancaster
John Evans, Son, 7, born Bartonwood, Lancaster
Address - 3 Tre Castell Terrace, Llangelynin, Conway

You say in post #1 "William Henry son and daughter Ann". I've been treating these as the children of Rhys Wyn Evans - can you confirm since I could be reading it incorrectly and it, in fact, refers back to James and Anne as parents.

If William Henry is Rhys Wyn's son, it's possible he is named after the William H Evans on the 1901 Census, who is a possible father for Rhys Wyn.
