Thomas Gilby born 1807 Leicester

I'm looking for a Thomas Gilby born 1807 Leicester according to the 1851 census for Wednesbury Staffordshire.
He married at Tipton St Martins 30.9.1833 to a Sarah Parkes and after her death in 1834 seems to be with her sister Martha until the 1850's
I can see no death at that date but there is a Thomas Gilby died West Bromwich Dec 1876 born 1803.
However he is in the Workhouse at West Bromwich in 1871 and gives his birthplace at Welton/Wetton Northants

Any ideas very welcome

Martha Parkes marries Robert Adderley in 1859.

In 1861 she has the Gilby children with her and a set of Adderley twins(changed below).

Possibly Thomas Gilby baptised 13 th July 1798 in Weldon, Northamptonshire, son of Frances and Martha.

Francis Gilby married Martha Smith on 23rd November 1795 in Weldon.

Francis Gilby buried in Weldon on 6th July 1813.

Martha Gilby b 1761 buried in Great Weldon on 22nd January 1829.
