Looking for death information re Charlotte Ann Mumby. Married to Samuel Saunders and died in Hull Yorkshire  1917/1918 in Flu Pandemic ?

I cannot readily see any death registration for Charlotte Saunders/Sanders in the Hull Registration district 1917/18 - Freebmd

According to the 1891 entry Charlotte was birn 1869/1870

Oddly she appears as Martha Ann Saunders in the last census.
