Cork cutter is a good spot.  I think that confirms they are different people.  The fact that one of them is married and the other left everything to his sister also suggests this.

My great grandmother was Margaret Lizzie O'Callaghan - parents Patrick O'Callaghan and Catherine O'Callaghan, so yes, the second of those marriages is my great great grandparents.
