Death of Thomas William Turner b 1873

Good evening folks,

I am trying to track down the death of my great grand father, Thomas William Turner b.1873, St Olave, Southwark, London.  There are photos of him from May 1938 but by the 1939 register his wife, Fanny Matida Turner (nee Emerton) is described as a widow, I cannot seem to find the death entry? They may have been leaving in Carnaby Street in 1938 but I suspect that may be a business address and they actually lived in Dudden Hill lane, NW10. Any help would be fantastic.
