According to a second anc tree Catherine Foy was born 7 April 1895 Dublin (no source given) and passed away 12 June 1977 -  Sudbury, Ontario. Appears to have had at least 8 children.

Could be worth an e-mail to Sudbury Ontario public library to see if there is a death notice or obituary with any information on Catherine's background. Some of the Canadian libraries are very obliging

I can't see an 1895 birth for a Catherine Foy in Dublin registration district. The only one (in all Ireland) that shows up is the one in Mountmellick district-https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1895/02226/1839697.pdf- but birthdate 29 Mar.1895 at Corbally not "born 7 April 1895 Dublin."
Since this Catherine Foy died aged 2 years she can certainly be ruled out-

The 1901 Irish census shows a Catherine Foy age 4 in Dublin with her mother and she was born in England- www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Dublin/Trinity/Sandwith_Street__Part_/1311412

Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

The brother who immigrated the following year - i.e. 1912 - was that Alf Foy born 1901  ???
Ten boys from Catho, lic Emmigration Ass'n Ottawa  ???

1901 census shows Alfred Foy born 1901 Birmingham as a nephew to Thomas Loftus - Loftus was the name mentioned on the marriage of Catherine Foy to Lawrence Cashmore in Sudbury Ontario.

1901 Census Birmingham Warwickshire.

Thomas Loftus   54
Mary A Foy   23 daughter
Bridget Loftus   20
Elizabeth Loftus   10
Thomas Foy   32 son-in-law
Thomas Foy   3 Nephew
Alfred Foy   1 Nephew

Thomas Foy married a Mary Ann Foy in Birmingham - December 1896 - Birmingham 6d 434

Death of a Mary Ellen Foy - Birmingham - March 1902 - aged 23 years - middle initial different but that could be an error - food for thought.

A Thomas Martin Foy died Q4 - 1903 - Birmingham - aged 6 years. He was born 3 december 1897 and baptised St. Chad, Birmingham, Warwick 16 December 1897 - parents - Thomae Foy
Mother Mariae Annae Loftus Foy

Added 1911 census would put Alfred as an inmate St Pauls home for boys. RC
Also listed a John Foy

St Pauls Home and School for Boys - Coleshill. Birmingham.

The Father Hudson's origin service can provide access to records relating to children whom the society placed for adoption or who were in its care, including those who migrated to Canada and or Australia

British Home Chidren in Canada. By the early 1900s Father Hudson was bringing children from his home in Birmingham (prior to that is was Father Rossell)

Catherine Foy said to be born 1895 and from latest postings showing her brothers/parents on 1901 census - Thomas Foy, wife Mary Ann (nee Loftus) plus Thomas 3 and Alfred 1.

Immediate question is where was Catherine herself?

The children of Thomas Foy and Mary Ann Loftus were baptised at St. Chad Cathedral, Birmingham.

Family were Catholic and baptism records in Latin:

Thomas Martin b.3/12/1897, bp.16/12/1897
William Patrick bp.26/1/1899, d.1899
Alfredus Joseph bp.11/2/1900
Joannes (John) bp.26/4/1902.

Now, if Thomas and Mary Ann married in Dec.qtr.1896 if they had a daughter born 1895 then said child would have been illegitimate and registered in her mothers maiden name.   I cannot find a birth for Catherine under either surname.

However, I did find this baptism also at St. Chad, Birmingham:

Anna Catherina Loftus b.7/5/1895, bp.3/12/1896, dau. of Thomas and Mariae A. Loftus - is this Catherine I wonder?   Catholic baptisms usually took place pretty soon after birth and yet the child here is aged 18 months and although baptism entry states parents as Thomas and Mariae A. Loftus his name has a line through it.   December 1896 is clearly immediately after the marriage of Thomas and Mary Ann which is when their daughter finally baptised - correctly shown with surname Loftus as born before the marriage but parents were not Thomas and Mariae A. Loftus hence his name crossed through.   I have no doubt that Thomas Foy was indeed her father but even though her parents were married by December 1896 at the time of her birth they weren't hence being baptised with her birth name of Loftus.

This still doesn't answer the question of where she was in 1901.
