Mckha289 - Thanks for help so far - there's some amazing stuff coming up!!

As for why he changed his name to Seton, apparently the family story is that he was passed over for promotion when he was named 'Smith' (too many other people with similar names who 'got' his promotion) that he took serious umbrage and changed his name to Seton (because no-one else nearby had that name). But I'm still trying to get to his siblings info to see who they were.... We would all like to know if that story holds any credibility or not....

Frank Warren SMITH died in Toronto Canada in 1928
married Edith Mabel WHITE Portsmouth, Ontario, 3 May 1899

there is a tree on ancestry with him, his wife and two daughters but there are more children on the census.

I won't do more - it will spoil your fun!

Oh - except that in 1911 he and family are SMITHs and in 1921 they are WARRENs! Died as SMITH though
