Urquhart Primary School Records

Does anyone know where I can find Urquhart School Records for the war years 1939 - 1945??
I'm trying to find the surnames of 2 pupils who were evacuees from Jersey in the Channel Islands during that time.
Any help would be much appreciated

The originals of school records went to Grampian Regional Council imn 1975, so are most likely now to be with Aberdeen City Archives.

Elgin Local Heritage Centre has microfilm copies of school registers, though the more recent ones may have been withdrawn to preserve the privacy of those named in them.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
