Also trying to confirm details for Private E H Thurlow, 241004, 1st/5th Bn., Suffolk Regiment who died on 15 December 1917 Age 24 (CWGC). 

Was he Harry (Harry Edward) Thurlow born 1894 the son of John? & Annie Thurlow (1901 & 1911 CR Mellis).

Any assistance much appreciated

He was definitely a Harry per his MIC and the Register of Soldiers Effects which records that his mother Annie was the sole legatee.
